Who can participate in the Olympiad?
Students from Std. 3 onwards up to Degree/MCA level can participate. The Olympiad is divided into different levels to match the learning stage of students.
What are the exam levels?
The Wings of Fire Olympiad is arranged standard-wise, and each class has two levels:
Level 1 – Foundation round: Focuses on logical reasoning, basic science, general knowledge, and age-appropriate technical awareness.
Level 2 – Advanced round: Focuses on problem-solving, analytical thinking, innovation-based scenarios, and deeper technical knowledge relevant to the student’s learning stage.
What subjects or topics are covered?
The Olympiad covers topics relevant to each level:
Primary (Std. 3–5): Basic Science, Simple Maths, General Knowledge, Curiosity & Creativity
Middle (Std. 6–8): Logical Reasoning, Applied Science, Technology Awareness, Problem Solving
Secondary (Std. 9–10): Aptitude, Emerging Technologies, General Science, IT Awareness
Higher Levels (11th onwards): Advanced Reasoning, Domain Knowledge, Innovation, and Career Readiness
What is the exam format?
Mode: Online / Offline (decided by school/college)
Type: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
Duration: 60–90 minutes
Marking: No negative marking
How can students register?

What is the registration fee?
The fee structure will be shared by the organizing committee. Schools may get special packages for group participation.

Will study material be provided?
Yes, registered students will get a study kit including sample question papers, practice sheets, and preparation tips.
How will the results be announced?
Results will be published on the official website and sent to participating schools/colleges within 30 days after the exam.
Is the Olympiad very difficult?
No. The Olympiad is designed according to the class level. For younger students (Std. 3–5), questions will be simple and fun. As levels increase, the difficulty will also increase.
What if I don’t win a prize?
Every student gets a participation certificate, and more importantly, the Olympiad will help you learn new concepts, improve confidence, and prepare for future competitions.
Do I need extra coaching for this Olympiad?
Not necessary. The exam is based on your school syllabus + logical reasoning. The provided study kit and regular school study are enough.
Can I participate every year?
Yes! You can appear every year and progress to higher levels. This helps you track your growth and improve.
Will the Olympiad help me in future studies?
Yes. It builds analytical skills, scientific thinking, problem-solving ability, and boosts confidence for competitive exams like JEE, NEET, UPSC, GATE, etc.
Can I participate if my school is not registered?
Yes. Students can register individually online. You don’t need your school’s permission to take part.
Will there be prizes only for toppers?
No. Along with top state/national winners, best performers at school and district levels will also be rewarded.
Can I use my mobile or tablet for the online exam?
Yes, the online exam can be given on laptop, desktop, or tablet with stable internet. Mobile is also allowed but laptop/desktop is recommended.
Will the questions be only in English?
No. The exam will be available in English + Marathi (and later other regional languages if required). Students can choose their preferred language.
Who organizes the Wings of Fire Olympiad?
It is organized by Calibers Infotech, with the mission to inspire students towards innovation, technology, and self-reliance in line with Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam’s vision.
