1. Information We Collect
Personal Data: Name, Date of Birth, Class/Year, Institution, Contact number, Email ID.
Institution Data: School/College name, Coordinator details, Address.
Exam Data: Registration number, exam responses, scores, rankings, certificates.
Technical Data (online exams): Device ID, IP address, browser, activity logs.
Transaction Data: Payment status and reference IDs (no bank/card details are stored).
2. Purpose of Collection & Usage
To facilitate registration, verification, and participation.
To generate admit cards, results, certificates, and merit lists.
To communicate updates, notifications, and Olympiad-related information.
For statistical analysis, performance evaluation, and research reports.
To comply with legal, academic, and accreditation requirements.
3. Data Security & Retention
Data is stored in secured servers with encryption.
Only authorized officials have access to sensitive information.
Records are retained for 3 academic years and then deleted securely.
Payment-related information is handled only by authorized payment gateways.
4. Sharing of Data
Data will not be sold or misused. It may only be shared with:
Certification partners (for medals, certificates, awards).
Government/educational authorities when required by law.

5. Rights of Participants

Participants outside India are bound by Indian jurisdiction for any disputes.

Participation in the Wings of Fire Olympiad conducted by Calibers Infotech implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
Open for students from Std. 3 up to Degree/MCA.
Students must register with accurate and verifiable details.
Registrations may be rejected for false/incomplete information.
2. Registration & Fees
Registration closes as per the official schedule.
Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Institutions may bulk-register students via coordinators.
Proof of payment must be retained for future reference.
3. Examination Guidelines
Exams may be conducted online or offline depending on arrangements.
Students must follow the schedule strictly. Late entry will not be permitted.
Impersonation, malpractice, or unauthorized material will lead to immediate disqualification.
Institutions are responsible for fair supervision during offline exams.
4. Exam Format
Each class/year will have two levels (Foundation & Advanced).
Duration: 60–90 minutes.
Type: MCQ-based with one correct answer.
No negative marking will apply.
5. Results & Rewards
Results will be declared within 30 working days.
All participants will receive E-certificates.
High achievers will be awarded medals, scholarships, and prizes.
Schools/colleges with high achievers will receive recognition certificates.
6. Institutional Duties
Provide accurate student data in required format.
Arrange exam infrastructure in case of offline mode.
Ensure proper invigilation and discipline.
Nominate a Single Point of Contact (SPOC).
7. Code of Conduct
Students must maintain honesty and fairness during exams.
Coordinators/teachers must prevent any malpractice.
Disrespectful or abusive behavior towards staff or participants will not be tolerated.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All Olympiad exam content, branding, and materials belong exclusively to Calibers Infotech.
No reproduction, copying, or redistribution is allowed without written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Calibers Infotech will not be liable for:
Internet issues or device failures during online exams.
Institutional negligence in conducting offline exams.
Any loss or delay caused by unforeseen events (natural calamities, strikes, etc.).
10. Amendments to Policy
The organizers reserve the right to modify rules, rewards, or exam format if required.
Updates will be communicated via the official website or email.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
In case of disputes, participants must first raise concerns in writing to Calibers Infotech.
If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Nashik, Maharashtra courts only.
Arbitration may be considered before legal proceedings, in line with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
