Terms & Policies – Wings of Fire Olympiad

The Wings of Fire Olympiad is conducted under the guidelines of Calibers Infotech to provide a fair, transparent, and enriching competitive platform for students. By registering or participating, students, parents, and institutions agree to the following terms and policies:

1. Eligibility

Open for students from Std. 3 onwards up to Degree/MCA.

Participants must register individually or through their school/college coordinator.

Incomplete or false registrations may be cancelled without refund.

2. Registration & Fees

Registration must be completed before the official deadline.

Fees, once paid, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Institutions may register students in bulk with special packages.

3. Examination Rules

The Olympiad may be conducted in online or offline mode, depending on the institution’s choice.

Students must appear on the scheduled date/time as communicated.

Any form of malpractice (copying, impersonation, unfair means) will result in disqualification.

Decisions of the organizing committee will be final and binding.

4. Exam Structure

Each class will have two levels:

Level 1: Foundation round (basic, logical & technical knowledge).

Level 2: Advanced round (analytical, problem-solving & applied technical knowledge).

Duration will be 60–90 minutes, with MCQ-based questions.

No negative marking will be applied.

5. Results & Recognition

Results will be declared within 30 days of the exam.

All participants will receive E-certificates.

Toppers will be awarded medals, merit certificates, scholarships, or special prizes.

Merit lists at school, district, state, and national levels will be published.

6. Study Material

Registered students will receive sample papers and preparation material.

The Olympiad is not limited to school syllabus, but integrates logical reasoning, technical awareness, and innovation-based learning.

7. Data Privacy & Usage

Participant information will be used strictly for Olympiad-related communication.

Calibers Infotech will not share personal data with third parties, except as required for certification, results, or compliance.

By registering, participants consent to receive exam updates, results, and related notifications.

8. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to maintain discipline and fairness during the Olympiad:

Students must use their own login credentials and avoid sharing them.

For online exams, students must ensure a stable internet connection and proper functioning device.

No external help (books, devices, other people) is permitted during the exam.

Schools/colleges hosting offline exams must ensure supervised classrooms.

Any attempt at malpractice, cheating, or impersonation will result in immediate disqualification.

Respect towards exam coordinators, invigilators, and fellow participants is mandatory.

9. Grievances & Support

Any concerns regarding registration, exams, or results must be submitted in writing to the official email.

The organizing team will review and respond within 7 working days.

10. Policy Amendments

The organizers reserve the right to update rules, policies, or exam structure in the interest of fairness and quality.

For Institutions Only – Hosting & Participation Policy

Institutions (schools/colleges) partnering with the Wings of Fire Olympiad agree to the following responsibilities and guidelines:

1. Registration Process

Institutions must collect accurate student details (Name, Class, Contact) and submit them in the prescribed format.

Bulk registrations must be submitted before the deadline to ensure timely exam slot allocation.

Institutions are responsible for ensuring that all participating students have paid the registration fee.

2. Examination Arrangements

Institutions hosting the Olympiad (offline mode) must:

Provide classrooms/labs with adequate seating arrangements.

Ensure availability of power supply, network, and backup facilities if online exams are conducted.

Appoint teachers/staff as invigilators during the exam.

The exam environment must be strictly monitored to maintain fairness and discipline.

3. Communication & Coordination

Institutions must appoint a single point of contact (SPOC) to coordinate with the Olympiad team.

They are responsible for sharing exam notifications, admit cards, and results with students and parents.

Institutions should encourage student participation and guide them regarding exam patterns and rules.

4. Data Privacy & Usage

Student data provided by institutions will be used only for Olympiad-related activities.

Institutions must ensure that data shared is accurate and verified.

No third-party use of student data is permitted.

5. Recognition & Rewards

Institutions will receive a certificate of participation/partnership from the organizing team.

Schools/colleges producing high performers will be highlighted in Olympiad reports and media coverage.

Coordinators and teachers may also be recognized with appreciation certificates.

6. Compliance & Fair Practice

Institutions must ensure no malpractice (cheating, impersonation, external support) during exams.

Any violation will lead to disqualification of the student/institution from the Olympiad.

Institutions are expected to maintain professional conduct and cooperation with the organizing team.
